Caitlin is someone who has helped me grow as an actor, she draws her ideas from different methods which gives you options to explore. Caitlin is all about embracing who you are as a person and growing not only as an actor but as an individual. Caitlin has a gift of observing. She really listens to you and tries to understand who you are as a person to formulate techniques that are ideal to the individual. I am very grateful for Caitlin’s help and I’m glad she can mentor me in this stage of my life.

Caitlin is warm, collaborative and encouraging! I met with her at a time when I was feeling very burnt out and creatively blocked, and I left our session feeling more positive and capable than I had in a long time. I also walked away with actionable tools I could use in rehearsal that very evening. Highly recommend!

Ms. Lushington's diligent mentorship and caring encouragement is what made it possible for me to lead this highly successful process...Not only did Ms. Lushington fully support me in wellness and creative direction for the duration of the mentorship, she empowered me to continue developing my vision for the project beyond my time with Enso Theatre Ensemble.

I have worked in the theatre community for many years, have hired, trained and managed many people over the years, and have been an observant person in the world all of my life. I have only met a few people who not only possess a profound creative spirit but also the capacity to inspire imagination and excellence in others. Caitlin is one of those few.
