Gift a Creative Coaching Session
Is there an actor or creative person in your life you think would benefit from coaching with me?
Pursuing a creative life in our culture is hard. It’s easy to get trapped into thinking we aren’t enough, which can lead to exhaustion, burnout, and giving up on our creative dreams. I’d love to be the gift who offers an affirming and compassionate coaching session to the creative in your life. I’m now offering gift certificates at no additional cost to my regular coaching prices, with a handmade candle and wrapping add-on you can include to make the gift extra special.
Coaching sessions can be held virtually or in-person at my home in Portland, OR. If you would like to pay for your gift certificate with a payment plan, please send me an email to initiate a conversation.
What can coaching sessions be used for?
You can use your coaching session(s) with me however you like! I primarily work with actors, but many of the techniques I use with actors can be used by anyone in a creative profession. Past creative coaching sessions have included:
- Developing a ‘rest ethic’ which works in tandem with a ‘work ethic.’
- Envisioning a creative career that’s value-aligned. For example, exploring the ways sustainability values can be integrated into a creative profession.
- Clarify and focus your creative goals.
- Reconnect to joy and playfulness in your creative work.
- Work through creative blocks.
For actors:
- Create a repeatable, tailored, audition preparation and closing practice.
- Reconnect to acting after a long hiatus.
- Connect to Shakespeare and other classical text in a way that is meaningful for you.
- Prepare for an upcoming audition.
- Explore movement in ways that are accessible and designed to center your agency.
